Ms.Prajaktaa Parab

Prajaktaa Parab is a Food Technologist and entrepreneur dedicated to using food as a tool to improve public health. With over 10 years of experience, she founded Spectrum Food Solutions, where she supports food businesses with product innovation, food safety, regulatory compliance, quality systems, and manufacturing excellence.
In 2023, she established Krishna Leela Foods LLP and launched Leafy Crave with a mission to combat malnutrition by making nutrient-dense foods a part of everyday diets. Through innovative moringa-based functional foods, the company works towards reducing iron and calcium deficiencies while promoting affordable, science-backed nutrition. Guided by the principles of quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing, Prajaktaa envisions Leafy Crave as a globally recognized nutrition brand creating measurable impact through better food.

To develop innovative moringa- and millet-based functional foods that help reduce iron and calcium deficiency and positively impact the lives of 1 million people by 2035 through accessible, affordable, and evidence-based nutrition.
